6:00 am...Joe's Os cereal and 1/2 banana sliced in with 1% milk
10:15 am...a couple orange slices as I packed my bento lunch
12:20 pm...Purple Bear Bento Lunch (see photo)
3:30 pm...one red plum and a strawberry frozen fruit bar
7:30 pm...dinner at Chevy's Restaurant. I ate too much...lots of chips and salsa before dinner came and then ate 1/2 of my chicken and shrimp fajitas. Brought the rest home for lunches.
drank plenty of water today
exercise: 1 hr of high impact aerobics and free weights
