Bento Lunch...veggie sushi from Trader Joe's. I LOVED this! salad, and Japanese flan. Dinner Bento: lemongrass chicken and grape tomatoes and mashed potatoes. I only ate a couple bites of the potatoes and all but four of the tomatoes. I got a little container of apricot/applesauce instead.
5:30 am...small bowl of Kashi Nuggets cereal and 1% milk
12:30 pm...veggie sushi bento (photo above)
3:30 pm...the last two veggie sushi
8 pm...lemongrass chicken stix bento dinner (photo above)
water: okay amount
exercise: step aerobics and free weights plus abs
Note: I've decided to do just one post/day since my schedule is getting busier now.
