7 am...bowl of Joe's Os and 1% milk
8 am...2 matcha green tea mini-muffins (made from mix-didn't taste that great)
11:45 am...quick lunch of 2 whole wheat mini-pitas filled with chicken salad from Whole foods and 1/2 oatmeal/choc chip cookie
3:45 pm...1 carribean mix frozen fruit bar, 2 thin bread sticks dipped in chocolate sauce
7:30 pm...bow tie pasta and chicken bento dinner (ate only about 3/4 of the pasta dish and didn't eat the mini-muffin) and also ate a piece of cake (homemade white Texas sheet cake that didn't turn out all that great, but tasted good)
some water but not a lot
exercise: some walking at UC Berkeley but not as much as on Sunday
