Wednesday food long 9-5-07

6:30 am...piece of toast with peanut butter

12 pm...brown rice onigiri bento lunch (photo)

4:30 pm...4 bread sticks with peanut butter/chocolate mix

9 pm...mango juice

water: good amount
exercise: in the morning, 1 hr low impact with free weights and in the evening one hour of step aerobics with free weights
