Left tier: salad dressing and soy sauce bottles; 2 shu-mei; peanut butter rice krispy treat; red leaf lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, and cut up chicken from last night's dinner.
I'm a working mom trying to get back into shape. I've chosen the name "babysteps" because that is what I'm doing each day as I try to change my eating habits...taking baby steps. :)
