12:30 pm...Potsticker Bento Lunch (photo)
5:15 pm...Bento Snack (photo)
7:15 pm...California Roll Bento Dinner (photo)
9 pm...herb tea
I took a thermos of tea to work today and drank it all day (decaf with Splenda and 1% milk)
water: drank a good amount today
exercise: 1 hr. step aerobics and freeweights
