6:30...bowl of Joe's Os with 1% milk
10:30 am...green tea with honey
12 pm...ham and naan sammie bento lunch (photo)
3 pm...the other 1/2 of the banana I ate at lunch
5 pm...3 homemade (by daughter) oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies and glass of milk
7:30 pm...chinese take-out bento dinner (photo)
not much water today at all
no exercise (very tired from staying up late last night)
