Romaine lettuce and carrot salad with sesame dressing; heart shaped brown rice onigiri with a little bottle of soy sauce; a little ham and mixed veggie frittata and some grapes. This was a good lunch today!
I'm a working mom trying to get back into shape. I've chosen the name "babysteps" because that is what I'm doing each day as I try to change my eating habits...taking baby steps. :)
