7 am...bowl of Joe's Os cereal with 1% milk, green tea with honey
12:15 pm...rolled sandwich bento lunch (photo)
5 pm...large size Passion Fruit Milk Tea tapioca drink and 1/2 breadstick with chocolate dip candy
9:45... decaf tea with milk and Splenda
When I got home and made dinner still wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat dinner tonight.
Exercise 45 min of low impact aerobics and pilates
