6 am...whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter
11 am...2 small squares of cheddar cheese and one cracker
1:45 pm...ham sammie bento lunch (photo)
4 pm...mango frozen fruit bar
7 pm...Indian Lentils and Rice bento dinner (photo) ... didn't eat the salad but saved it for later
some water, not a lot
no exercise today (big meeting)
