Sandwich: Naan, romaine lettuce, mustard, ham; 3 baby carrots, a tiny custard from the Asian store (like flan) and a combo of fresh organic strawberries and bananas...the strawberries were full of flavor (from Trader Joe's)
I'm a working mom trying to get back into shape. I've chosen the name "babysteps" because that is what I'm doing each day as I try to change my eating habits...taking baby steps. :)
