11 am...more of the same tea
1 pm..."There Must Be Rain to Make a Rainbow" Onigiri Bento Lunch (photo)
3 pm...green tea with honey
3:15 pm...small bowl plain oatmeal topped with organic apricot/applesauce and about 1/4 c jello jigglers
6:30 pm...another small bowl of plain oatmeal topped with organic apricot/applesause and piece of french bread
9 pm...more of same tea
drank some water
exercise: none really
