7 am...bowl of "Joe's O's" (Cheerios by Trader Joes) with 1% milk and 1/2 banana, sliced
10:30 am...the other half of the banana
11:30 am...green tea with honey
1:30 pm...salad and sushi bento lunch (photo)
4:30 pm...carribean flavors frozen fruit bar (on a stick)
7:30 pm...mini-meatloaf bento dinner (photo)
9:30 pm...herb tea
didn't drink much water today (instead I drank from my thermos of green tea and honey all day)
no exercise today
