6:30 am...bowl of Joe's Os and 1% milk, green tea with honey
9:30 am...small chai latte at Starbucks and 1/2 blueberry scone
12:00 pm...2 large "lumberjack pancakes" at Stacks (whole wheat, wheat germ, banana, blueberry, and walnut with margarine and blueberry compote spread on some and maple syrup on some) but didn't finish it all (ate about 3/4)
7 pm...spaghetti and 3 meatballs; salad; 2 sm pieces garlic bread; lemonade/tea drink
8 pm..1 chocolate mochi from Trader Joe's
