7 am - kashi "trail mix" granola bar
11 am - another kashi "trail mix" granola bar
2:30 - Rainforest Cafe pasta bento box lunch (photo)
3:30 - "dragon fruit" vitamin water (20 oz)
7:30 pm - once slice of cheese pizza from Amici's (thin, New York style)
That's it! I wasn't even all that hungry, either. I decided that I wanted to be very minimal and since it was a very busy day, I didn't have much time to think about overeating anyway.
drank some water but not lots and the vitamin water lasted for a lot of the afternoon.
exercise: deep cleaning of half the kitchen was some physical exercise
