6:30 am...9 oz white grape juice, Kashi Nuggets Cereal (like Grape Nuts) with 2 sliced strawberries on top and 1% milk
11 am..."dragon fruit" Vitamin Water
12:30 pm...bento lunch (photo)
6 pm...handful of blueberries and about 6 cherries
8 pm...crab cake bento (photo) followed by decaf tea with Splenda and splash of milk
drank some water but not a lot
Exercise: 75 min workout: X-Bike followed by circuit weight machines and stretching and abs afterward
