10:15 am... 3/4 donut shaped white peach, small whole wheat bread stick
11:00 am... 8.45 fl oz box drink of organic soymilk (carob flavor)
12:15 am... Gaspacho Bento Box Lunch (photo) and a small Italian plum (brought in by a co-worker)
3:30 pm... rice cake with hummus; plum
5 pm... 1/2 orange
7:45 pm...Star Bento Dinner (photo) with two 6 oz glasses of juice (cranberry and white grape)
8 pm... decaf tea with milk and Splenda
drank some water
exercise: 1 hr step aerobics, free weights, stretching
