6:30 am...yucky blueberry instant oatmeal (didn't finish bowl)
10:15 am...about 1/4 cup of scrambled eggs with ham and onion, 2 pieces bacon, 2 small pieces of potato (from Whole Foods deli area)
1:00 pm..."Hi" teriyaki chicken and brown rice bento box lunch (photo)
3:45...fuji apple (from Whole Foods)
7 pm...2 pieces veggie pizza and a piece of cookies and cream ice cream pie (birthday party)
drank lots of water
exercise: 75 min workout (30 min on X-bike, then weights and ab crunches)
