6:30 am...sm bowl cheerios and 1% milk
10:30 am...small bite of apricot while I prepared bento lunch
12:30 pm...tofu feast bento lunch (photo)
3 pm... brownie with 8 oz 1% milk (brownie homemade from scratch by daughter!)
8 pm...dinner at Chevy's "Fresh Mex" Restaurant: 2 watermelon margaritas, chips and salsa, shared a chicken/shrimp fajita dinner with daughter (ate one tortilla filled with chicken and shrimp and other stuff from the platter) and also some bites of chicken and shrimp, beans, rice from the platter without a tortilla. Hard to gauage portions on this meal but I'm sure it was over what I should have had. I did much better than usual, though.
9:30 pm...decaf tea with milk and Splenda
drank some water (not as much as usual)
exercise: tough step aerobics with free weights, 1 hr.
