6:30 am...vanilla yogurt with 6 fresh cherries cut up, decaf tea with Splenda and 1% milk
10:15 am...a bit of bacon, one jello jigglers heart (as I prepared my bento lunch)
12:30 am...mini-turkey sandwich bento box lunch (photo) and one fresh apricot (from co-worker's tree)
4:15 pm...Starbucks decaf nonfat latte and 2 mini vanilla scones
7:30 pm...Hawaiian drumette bento dinner (photo) and 8.45 oz carob soymilk (organic Edensoy)
drank some water
exercise: x-bike, weight machines and flys with free weights, some pretty pitiful push-ups, and stretching (75 min total)
