6:30 am... small bowl of Puffins cereal with 1% milk and water
10:45 am...birthday breakfast! (photo)...gift from my daughter
1 pm..."Naked" brand Tropical-C juice smoothie drink (15.2 fl oz)
4:45 pm...4 small whole wheat crackers with cheese (cheddar and swiss) and apricot
6:15 pm...1 piece of Godiva chocolate (birthday candy)
8:30 pm...dinner at Fresh Choice (salad bar restaurant) I ate only till full so if I went over the amount I should have eaten it wasn't by much. :)
9:45 pm...piece of birthday cake and small scoop of chocolate chip ice cream (homemade--from scratch-- cake by my daughter!)
drink: some water but not a lot
exercise: step aerobics with free weights, some pilates (1 hr 10 min. total)
