8 am- toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and 20 oz. Diet Sobe drink (mango melon)
11:30 am - veggies and ranch dip (carrots, broccoli, celery, snap peas)
1:00 pm- crab cake with tarter sauce and 2 french fries (on Fisherman's Wharf in SF)
1:30 pm- "Cold Stone" kid size scoop of coconut ice cream with almonds
3:30 pm - dinner at "Rainforest Cafe" in SF: slushy juice drink, 1 coconut shrimp with orange/mango sauce, 1/2 house salad with balsamic dressing, 1/2 penne pasta with garlic alfredo sauce, walnut pesto, red peppers, spinach, and chicken (shared dinner with daughter) and too much of the yummy bread.
8 pm: "vitamin water" (smaller, 12 oz size)
drank lots of water
exercise: long walk in SF
