6:30 am... small bowl of Kashi with 1% milk (didn't finish it) and 6 oz white grape juice
12:30 pm... crab cakes and aparagus bento lunch (photo)
3:30 pm... "Quickly" Passion Fruit Milk Tea Tapioca Drink (size large) and a bite of son's fried ice cream ball (squished all over my shirt and pants)
7:30 pm... Chicken Crepe Bento Dinner (photo)
drank plenty of water today (more than past few days)
exercise: 90 min workout today (X-Bike, weight machines, stretching)
