6:30 am...piece of whole wheat toast with chunky almond butter
11:30 am...pasta and egg fish bento lunch (photo)
2:30 pm..."dragon fruit" vitamin water
4 pm...mini banana cupcake (photo)
7 pm...dinner at a birthday party: small piece of bbq chicken breast, small scoop of macaroni salad, 1/2 corn on the cob with margarine and salt, mixed baby greens salad with candied pecans, cranberry raisins, apples, and dressing. One regular size chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Ate most of it.
drank some water but not a lot
no exercise to speak of today
